In the development of China's foundry industry, a "three pole" force of government, society and enterprises is formed, and the role of professional media in helping the technical development of the industry is irreplaceable, which can be the "fourth pole" of the development of the industry.

Under the new situation of the continuous development of media communication forms, in order to further give full play to the respective advantages of professional media, form a joint force and inject a stronger driving force into the development of the industry, on March 22, 2016, the Secretariat of China Foundry Association organized the "China foundry industry media Alliance docking meeting", which came from the metal processing, casting, casting technology, casting equipment and process in the industry 18 professional media at home and abroad including EPC, V method and China industry daily attended the meeting.

The meeting was presided over by yuan Yajuan, Deputy Secretary General of China Foundry Association, and attended by Zhi Xiaoheng, executive vice president of China Foundry Association.

The meeting mainly discussed the following four aspects:

(1) Revise the articles of association of "China Foundry Industry Media Alliance";

(2) Determine the "selection method for excellent media and excellent media workers in China's foundry industry";

(3) This paper introduces the construction scheme of media correspondents in China Foundry Association;

(4) Work arrangement of relevant media during the second China Foundry festival in 2016.

The conference was successfully held under the careful organization of China Foundry Association. Representatives of various media actively spoke and discussed enthusiastically. They expressed that they would give full play to the unique role of professional media in disseminating knowledge and promoting technological progress of the industry and develop together with the industry.

Finally, Zhi Xiaoheng, executive vice president of China Foundry Association, made a concluding speech. He affirmed the efforts and contributions made by the industry media for the development of the industry over the years, and encouraged the media to do more things conducive to the development of the industry with the help of the association platform. China Foundry Association will also adhere to the purpose of serving the industry, maintain close contact and multi-party cooperation with the media in the industry, and jointly help the foundry industry move forward to the "dream of a powerful foundry country in China".
